Tony Blair's antics got me to thinking about economic penalties for misuse of environmental resources.......
Could the world be a better place if Third World nations eg Ethiopa could levy huge fines on the developed world for wasting food ?

Bit necessary though. There is vast gap in consumption level. West need bit weightloss and south needs to put on a bit.
